Skipzy Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Skipzy Referral Program ("Program"), operated by Zoddle Lifestyle Private Limited. By taking part in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About the Program

The Skipzy Referral Program lets you earn Skipzy Coins by referring friends and family. When someone you refer makes their first purchase using your referral code, both of you are rewarded.

What You and Your Friend Get

You earn Skipzy Coins worth ₹200 once your referred friend completes their first purchase. Your friend gets a flat 10% off their first order, with no cap on order value. Coins land in your account as soon as your friend's purchase is completed and payment is confirmed.

Who Can Take Part

You need to be a registered Skipzy user to participate. The friends you refer must be new to Skipzy — first-time customers only. Your friend has to apply your unique referral code to unlock the 10% discount and to make you eligible for coins. Rewards apply only once the referral leads to a completed booking and confirmed payment.

Using Your Skipzy Coins

Skipzy Coins can be applied as a discount on your next booking, covering up to 50% of the order value per booking. Any coins you don't use in a transaction return automatically to your wallet. Coins carry no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. They stay valid for 12 months from the date they're credited.

What's Not Allowed

The following will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any coins earned:

• Fraudulent referrals, such as creating fake or multiple accounts to generate referrals.
• Abusing paid promotion by running ads purely to push your referral code without a genuine purpose.
• Self-referral, including referring yourself or using your own code to make purchases.
• Spamming people with excessive or unsolicited sharing of your code.

Address Restriction

Each physical address will be treated as a single address for the purposes of eligibility, referrals, and rewards. Only one referral reward will be granted per address, regardless of the number of accounts, users, residents, phone numbers, or purchases associated with that address.

Changes to the Program

Zoddle Lifestyle Private Limited may modify, pause, or end the Program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to reward amounts, discount percentages, eligibility rules, and redemption terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zoddle Lifestyle Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the Program. Without limiting this, Skipzy isn't responsible for technical issues that prevent a referral code from working, coins that go uncredited because of payment failures or cancelled orders, coins that are lost or expired, or problems arising from third-party payment methods.

Your Data & Privacy

By joining the Program, you agree to let Zoddle Lifestyle Private Limited collect and use your referral data — including your phone number, name, referral code, and earnings — to run the Program and detect fraud, send you Program-related updates, and analyse and improve performance. Your data is handled in line with Skipzy's Privacy Policy at skipzy.com/privacy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Acceptance

Continuing to use the Referral Program means you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please stop participating in the Program.
