Return Policy
At Skipzy, our goal is to make kidswear shopping simple, stress-free, and flexible for parents. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- You may return or exchange any purchased item within 7 days of receiving it.
- After 7 days, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Returns
For a return or exchange to be accepted:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when purchased.
- It must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
3. Non-Eligible Cases
We will not be able to process returns in the following cases:
- If the item is returned after 7 days.
- If the item has been worn, washed, or damaged.
- If the original tags or packaging are missing.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- In case of an exchange, we will coordinate with you to provide a suitable replacement.
- For special or limited edition items, refunds may be provided as a Zoddle credit note.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of purchase.
- Kindly share a photo or short video of the item highlighting the issue.
6. How to Initiate a Return

- Our representative will arrange a convenient pickup or exchange at your doorstep.
